Join us for our annual RMCMA Performathon and Community Open House! This annual student fundraiser and open house for the school showcases our talented students and faculty and provides an opportunity to bring together the CMF & RMCMA and surrounding community. - Performathon – watch performances by our very talented students and faculty on the main stage all day!
- Instrument Petting Zoo – curious about how to play an instrument? Come try one or all of them!
- FREE music demos and classes
- Kids’ Activities including a magazine photo booth with Yellow Scene Magazine, crafts with Lafayette Public Library, science activities with WOW! Children’s Museum, scavenger hunt with CMF & RMCMA and more!
- RMCMA Tours – get to know the RMCMA. See the improvements we’ve recently made to create a better learning environment for our students!
- Prize Drawings every hour – enter to win prizes from area businesses!
- Bake Sale – purchase some goodies to take home with you and support the CMF & RMCMA
- Instrument Hospital – donate your gently used instruments and learn what it will take to get it in shape to be used by a student that may not otherwise have access to music education.
