All Colorado Music Festival concerts are held in the beautiful Chautauqua Auditorium located in historic Chautauqua Park. The convergence of cultural programming within a stunning natural environment was an integral part of the Chautauqua movement of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Colorado Music Festival is proud to continue this tradition, and encourages concertgoers to explore the beauty of Chautauqua Park, enjoy a pre-concert picnic, and indulge in the rich cultural programming available year-round. In February 2006, Chautauqua Park was added to the list of National Historic Landmarks. Boulder’s Chautauqua is the only surviving Chautauqua in the West, and the only Chautauqua in the nation to offer year-round programming.
