Building hours vary according to teaching, rehearsal, and performance schedules.

Parking:
We ask your consideration and cooperation in understanding that our facility is situated within a residential area and near a public school.  Please use caution and a slow driving speed.  We request that students be dropped off on Harrison Avenue, on the west side of the building. Parking is no longer allowed on Baseline Road.  You will be ticketed!

In addition to on-street parking adjacent to our building and on neighboring streets, there is parking available at the following businesses after hours:

• Pioneer Elementary School lot, across the street to the north (after school hours)
• Chase Bank public lot, one block to the west, at Public Road & Geneseo (after bank hours)
• Dentist lot, next door to the east (only available after 5pm Monday - Thursday, all day Friday - Sunday)

We also encourage pedestrian and bicycle traffic, car-pooling, and use of the RTD public transportation system (there are nearby stops on Baseline or Public Roads).

Community House
Some classes may be held at the Community House at Chautauqua Park.  From Baseline Rd, enter the main entrance to Chautauqua Park (on your left just past 9th Street).  Come up the hill and take the thrid left on to Morning Glory.  Drive one block and park.  The Community House building is on your left.

Founders Hall (Adjacent to Kitchen/Serving Area)

$60 per hour
•Friday through Sunday
$70 per hour
•Use of Steinway concert grand: $50
•Use of PA system: $50

Grimes Recital Hall
• Monday through Thursday
$30 per hour
• Friday through Sunday
$45 per hour
• Use of Steinway baby grand: $25

These prices include one hour before and after for set-up and breakdown. A $50 damage deposit is also required for every rental.  All catered events will be charged a one-time fee of $20 for garbage pick-up. Music groups, student families  and non-profits will receive additional discounts.

Recording services for concerts or demos/auditions.  Both two-channel and multitrack professional audio recordings with equipment set-up, sound check, two hours of recording, and two master CDs.  Please contact the office for pricing.
